Major revelations in the mobile photography market has changed. Even though Android based phone’s go as far as 24.2 Megapixels, the iPhone camera has never exceeded more than 8 Megapixels until now. It was revealed at the Apple Keynote Press Conference that the iPhone 6s, which is currently available to be purchased will have a far superior camera. This is major as Apple mobile phones are by far the most popular & used throughout social media.
The new camera’s for the iPhone 6s consists of a 12-Megapixel iSight Camera that allows for sharp photos to be taken. This new camera also supports the ability to shoot in a 4k Resolution which means that photographers, film makers and average users will be able to record video at an incredibly high quality. Those whom enjoy taking selfies will also be pleased to know that the front facing camera is now a 5-Megaixal FaceTime HD Camera, this’ll allow for crisp and detailed selfies to be taken.
There is also a new feature being introduced to this phone called “Live Photos”, it allows for users to relive their favourite memories at any point during the day or night. This is because the camera will now capture the moments before and after you’ve taken a picture, when this mode is set on the picture will be turned into a gif, allowing for a motion picture with just a press of the finger. This camera alone is more than enough reason to upgrade to the iPhone 6s or 6s+ when a free upgrade is available on contract.
